   Because there is only limited rooms available in the Howard Civil Service International House, participants should reserve the required rooms as early as possible. If you prefer other hotels or if there is no more rooms available in the Howard Civil Service International House, you are encouraged to book the hotel rooms in some neighboring hotels in Taipei by yourself.
